3D Animator - Blender

Dark Slope is seeking several 3D Animators for a 14-week contract. This remote position, open to Ontario, Canada residents, involves bringing animated characters to life, delivering high-quality animation using Blender, collaborating with creative teams, and providing feedback on models and rigs. Candidates must possess strong character animation skills, technical proficiency in Blender, and a degree or diploma in animation with relevant industry experience. Dark Slope Studios is a Toronto-based real-time content studio specializing in virtual production, broadcast animation, and XR gaming.

Must Have

• Deliver high quality animation on schedule using Blender
• Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to maintain style and consistency
• Provide feedback on models and rigs
• Be on Slack/Team Discord channels and available for meeting during business hours
• Respond well to feedback and be willing to iterate multiple times to achieve the polish level required
• Strong character animation skills

• Degree or diploma in animation and related animation industry experience
