1. Complete character and scene animation design and production according to project style and character personality.
2. Ensure the quality and progress of project animation, coordinate and promote smooth work.
3. Understand the motion capture process, use Motionbuilder to process motion capture data and use MAYA/Unity/UE and other software for secondary creation.
4. Formulate work plans and collaborate closely with other teams.
1. Solid foundation in art major and modeling, animation major preferred.
2. Passion for games and film, rich gaming experience, or strong interest in game development.
3. Strong creative desire, and ability to accurately express design intentions; good at interpreting the core and emotional details of performance.
