Job Description

Estoty is seeking a 3D Artist to join their team, focusing on creating and optimizing 3D visuals for mobile game creatives. The role involves building, reworking, and optimizing assets and animations to ensure high visual quality and file optimization. The artist will collaborate with developers and creative leads to produce engaging and visually sharp experiences across various mobile games, participating in brainstorming and maintaining organized project files.

Good To Have:

Experience working on mobile games or playable ads
Knowledge of Cocos Creator, Unity, or other real-time engines
Understanding of file size budgets and mobile ad delivery constraints
Motion graphics or VFX work within Blender or other tools (e.g., After Effects)
Basic version control (Git) awareness and asset management experience

Must Have:

Create and rework 3D assets and animations for playable ads and mobile creatives
Optimize visual assets (meshes, textures, animations) to stay under size constraints (≤5MB)
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth performance and compatibility in Cocos Creator or other ad platforms
Match the visual style of each game and iterate based on feedback and creative data
Participate in brainstorming and ideation with the playable and UA teams to define creative direction
Maintain clean, well-organized project files and exports for integration into playable builds
Proficiency in Blender for modeling, rigging, animation, and export workflows
Strong visual taste and the ability to create both stylized and semi-realistic assets
Solid understanding of optimization techniques for mobile/web (polygon count, texture compression, baking, etc)
Familiarity with animation principles and visual storytelling
Experience collaborating with developers or integrating art into real-time engines

Role

We’re looking for a 3D Artist to join our team, focused on crafting and optimizing 3D visuals for mobile game creatives. This role involves building, reworking, and optimizing assets and animations to ensure high visual quality, keeping in mind optimization of the files. You'll work closely with developers and creative leads to produce engaging and visually sharp experiences across a wide variety of mobile games.

Responsibilities
