We’re looking for a talented individual with solid experience in 3D animation and VFX, who will have an important role in shaping our visual brand. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your skills in Blender animation with creative projects for international trade fairs. Additionally, you’ll support our Employer Branding team in designing engaging visuals that position us as an employer of choice. If you’re passionate about crafting captivating, high-quality animations, and eager to explore innovative tools like Generative AI, this role could be a great fit for you!

Key responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing high-quality 3D animations with visual effects and particle simulation (Blender) for large format events and international trade fairs
• Creating engaging visuals for Employer Branding and marketing purposes
• Exploring and implementing Generative AI tools to enhance creative workflows

Requirements – We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong knowledge and experience in 3D animation and VFX, with a portfolio showcasing your skills (required)
• Confident use of Blender (complex animations, VFX)
• Experience in creating marketing visuals (experience with Employer Branding projects is a plus)
• Experience in using Generative AI in creative processes (not essential)
• A proactive attitude, self-starter mindset and excellent communication skills
• A very good level of Polish (min. B2) and English (min. B2/C1)
