Your responsibilities include liaising between Sales, Finance, Production, and Activations departments, managing orders, coordinating station executions, pulling reports, updating sales trackers, and creating event recaps. You'll also handle invoice reconciliation and provide sales backup when needed. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, communicative, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
