Account Development Representative

Job Description
Coupa is seeking a driven Account Development Representative (ADR) to join their team in Bogotá, Colombia. This role will focus on inbound lead qualification for the Spanish-Speaking Americas (SSA) region. The ADR will be the primary point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for qualifying inbound leads and building sales pipeline in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Key responsibilities include high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels, engaging with C-level and Director contacts to understand pain points, maintaining Salesforce records, and representing Coupa at events. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of software or inside sales experience, be comfortable engaging with mid-to-large enterprises, and be bilingual in Spanish and English.

The Impact of an Account Development Representative at Coupa:
We’re looking for a driven Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia, supporting inbound lead qualification across the Spanish-Speaking Americas (SSA) region. You'll be the first line of engagement with prospective customers, qualifying inbound leads and building pipeline in partnership with sales and marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects to build Sales pipeline.
- Engage C-level and Director contacts to identify pain points and fit.
- Partner with marketing and Sales on targeted campaigns and account planning.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social channels.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and deliver consistent monthly results.
- Represent Coupa through product demos and virtual/in-person events.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 1–2 years of software or inside sales experience with proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Comfortable engaging executives at mid-to-large enterprises (Fortune 1000) and bilingual in Spanish and English
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proven ability to exceed KPIs and deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; Bachelor’s Degree required
