Job Description
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience in E-Invoicing and Global Compliance.
- Guide clients in designing, configuring, and adopting best-in-class Source-to-Pay (S2P) purchasing and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with global enterprises to define and optimize Procurement management processes aligned with their goals.
- Drive solution architecture for successful, on-time implementations, leveraging Suite Synergy opportunities.
- Oversee functional design and mentor workstream architects from Coupa and partner teams to ensure project success.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues while providing industry best practices and subject matter expertise.
- Develop and promote implementation templates, best practices, and training materials.
- Over 8 years in systems delivery and senior consulting, specializing in packaged software implementation and Source-to-Pay solutions (Coupa or similar).
- Background with SAP Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, and GEP.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (required).
- Proven ability to prototype, configure, and deliver software solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in client engagement, requirements translation, best-practice guidance, and managing multiple enterprise projects.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, organized professional with advanced MS Office skills and flexibility for global collaboration.

As a seasoned Sr Solution Architect you bring experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Procure-to-Invoice deployments, specializing in guiding global enterprises through best practice-driven design, configuration, and implementation of procurement solutions. You will bring deep expertise in purchasing, invoicing, and spend analytics, coupled with strong client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Process Leadership: Collaborate with global enterprises to define and optimize Procurement management processes aligned with their goals.
- Implementation Delivery: Drive solution architecture for successful, on-time implementations, leveraging Suite Synergy opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Oversee functional design and mentor workstream architects from Coupa and partner teams to ensure project success.
- Collaboration & Expertise: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues while providing industry best practices and subject matter expertise.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and promote implementation templates, best practices, and training materials; willingness to travel up to 25%
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Extensive Experience: Over 8 years in systems delivery and senior consulting, specializing in packaged software implementation and Source-to-Pay solutions (Coupa or similar).
- Application Expertise: Background with SAP Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, and GEP; strong preference for experience in E-Invoicing and Global Compliance.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese and English (required); Spanish preferred.
- Technical Strengths: Proven ability to prototype, configure, and deliver software solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Client & Project Management: Skilled in client engagement, requirements translation, best-practice guidance, and managing multiple enterprise projects.
