Job Summary
Innovent Biologics is seeking an Antibody Discovery Assistant Researcher in Suzhou, Industrial Park. This role involves assisting in the construction of phage or yeast libraries, and supporting various stages of antibody discovery including phage preparation, screening, identification, yeast transformation, and culture. The assistant researcher will also perform ELISA and FACS verification, and functional experiments such as cell culture, cell binding, proliferation, and killing. Responsibilities include meticulous data recording and report writing to ensure scientific integrity.
Must Have
- Assist in phage or yeast library construction
- Assist in phage preparation, screening, and identification
- Assist in yeast transformation, screening, and culture
- Assist in ELISA and FACS verification
- Assist in cell culture, cell binding, proliferation, killing experiments
- Record R&D data and write experimental summary reports
- Master's fresh graduate in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or Immunology
- Familiar with antibody discovery techniques (hybridoma, single B cell, phage display)
- Proficient in cell biology and molecular biology experimental skills (cell culture, FACS, ELISA, immunofluorescence, reporter gene detection, cell transfection, molecular cloning)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the construction of phage or yeast libraries.
2. Assist in phage preparation, screening, and identification, as well as yeast transformation, screening, and culture during antibody discovery.
3. Assist in ELISA and FACS verification work in antibody discovery.
4. Assist in cell culture, cell binding, proliferation, killing, and other functional experiments.
5. Responsible for recording specific R&D data and writing experimental summary reports, ensuring the accuracy, authenticity, completeness, and scientific nature of original R&D records.
Requirements:
- Master's fresh graduate, in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Immunology, or related disciplines; relevant experience preferred.
- Familiar with antibody discovery techniques, such as hybridoma, single B cell, phage display; experience with phage or yeast display preferred.
- Master cell biology and molecular biology experimental skills (including but not limited to cell culture, FACS, ELISA, immunofluorescence, reporter gene detection, cell transfection, molecular cloning, etc.).
- Experience with library construction preferred.
