Their all-in-one venue management platform is designed to streamline operations and elevate the guest experience for entertainment venues such as arcades, go-kart tracks, escape rooms, roller rinks, and more. The platform includes integrated tools for Point of Sale (POS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and online booking.
Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our client's dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SaaS sales who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The AE will be responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building lasting relationships with clients in the entertainment venue space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the family entertainment industry.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and product developments to effectively position the platform.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a related technology sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience selling to SMB or mid-market clients is a plus.
- Passion for technology and the entertainment industry is a bonus.
Location & Work Environment
- This role is based onsite in Irvine, CA, with the option to work remotely from New York City.
