VIPRE Security Group is seeking an energetic and ambitious Account Executive to drive new business in cybersecurity. This role focuses on generating new customers for Endpoint, Email, SAT, and DLP solutions through outbound prospecting, calls, and nurturing relationships. The ideal candidate will manage a strong pipeline, execute targeted campaigns with marketing, and hit sales KPIs, with some involvement in channel partnerships. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced industry.
Must have:
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business, focusing on cybersecurity products.
  • Drive lead generation through outbound prospecting, calls, and nurturing relationships.
  • Focus on NEW logo acquisition, hitting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales KPIs.
  • Own your sales forecast and ensure Salesforce CRM is updated with accurate data and activity.
  • Stay on top of trends in the cybersecurity industry, learn products, and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase the value of cybersecurity solutions to new customers.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to maximize new business opportunities and create synergy.
  • Outbound sales experience.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Fluent German is required.
Good to have:
  • Previous BDR or phone sales experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • A basic understanding of IT security, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business, focusing on our suite of cybersecurity products: Endpoint, Email, SAT, and DLP solutions.
  • Drive lead generation through outbound prospecting, calls, and nurturing relationships with potential customers.
  • Work closely with marketing to execute targeted campaigns, create pricing structures, and generate growth in your region.
  • Focus on NEW logo acquisition, hitting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales KPIs.
  • Own your sales forecast and ensure your Salesforce CRM is updated with accurate data and activity.
  • Stay on top of trends in the cybersecurity industry, learn about our products, and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase the value of our cybersecurity solutions to new customers.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to maximize new business opportunities and create synergy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outbound sales experience. Previous BDR or phone sales experience is a big plus!
  • A self-starter who’s energized by the prospect of driving NEW business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong phone skills, with a focus on connecting with potential customers and opening new doors.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing. You know how to engage, persuade, and build relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is helpful.
  • A basic understanding of IT security, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Fluent German is required
  • OTE 60-80K EUR
