Job Description

As an Account Manager at ALTEN Technology USA, your responsibilities will include following up on engineering projects with engineers and clients, identifying new business opportunities by prospecting new customers, optimizing business profitability, and closing deals on service-based contracts. You will also participate in the development of business offers and develop business for engineering services in the automotive industry, IT, and Digital services. This role involves client meetings, technical and financial proposition, and project follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and may involve travel to various locations within the U.S. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree. The Account Manager will work on-site with the clients to manage and oversee the engineering services. The role is full-time and requires 40 hours a week. The work involves extensive work on project follow ups, client satisfaction, business development and requirement gathering.

Account Manager

Responsibilities: Follow up on engineering projects with engineers and clients. Creating new engineering business opportunities by prospecting new customers. Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts and named accounts. Closing deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, SLA-based, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants).Participating in development of business offers. Develop business for engineering services in the automotive industry, IT, and Digital services. Prospection, Client meetings, and identifications of technical projects. Technical and financial proposition Project follow-up / Account management. Engineers work follow-up, client satisfaction follow- up. Position located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or Marketing. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients. 40hr/wk, $90,355.00/year.
