Property Soar is seeking a results-driven Account Representative to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This role is for a motivated professional skilled in client interaction, strategic problem-solving, and managing accounts. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and expanding client relationships, managing and developing relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, collaborating with internal departments, tracking account performance, identifying upsell opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and resolving client issues.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in account management or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met

  • Track and report account performance and client feedback

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and reporting tools

  • Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relations

  • Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
