Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Account Representative to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys client interaction, strategic problem-solving, and managing a portfolio of accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and expanding client relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met
Track and report account performance and client feedback
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and reporting tools
Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
