Job Description
We are seeking a Temporary Accounting and Tax Officer for a 3-month contract. This role is ideal for a junior candidate with a solid understanding of Indonesian taxation to gain practical experience in a dynamic and collaborative setting. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting monthly tax reports using Coretax, such as PPh Unifikasi and VAT (PPN Masa), ensuring proper documentation and filing, supporting monthly financial reconciliations related to tax, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks like reconciling prior period tax records or accounting corrections. The officer will also collaborate with the team on tax clarification responses (e.g., SP2DK) or audits.
Must have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- Proficient in Coretax and other tax tools
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Hybrid work setup experience
Good to have:
- Prior experience with SP2DK responses or tax audits

- Prepare and submit monthly tax reports using Coretax, including PPh Unifikasi and VAT (PPN Masa).
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all monthly tax reports.
- Support monthly financial reconciliations related to tax.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as reconciliation of prior period tax records or accounting corrections.
- Collaborate with the team on tax clarification responses (e.g., SP2DK) or audits if needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Proficient in using Coretax and familiar with other tax tools.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Prior experience with SP2DK responses or tax audits is a strong advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup (3 WFO + 2 WFH)
