Job Description

As a Corporate Communication Officer at Agate, you will be a key part of the Corporate team, responsible for shaping the company's public image, brand story, and relations with partners and the community. This role involves media relations, social media management, and corporate relations initiatives. It is ideal for a detail-oriented individual passionate about communications and eager to grow in the gaming and creative industry, focusing on building positive relationships, managing content, and identifying partnerships.
Must Have:
  • Build and maintain media, government, and public stakeholder relations.
  • Manage media engagement, including interviews and press releases.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage related to company activities.
  • Support planning and execution of internal and external events.
  • Collaborate on engaging social media content for branding.
  • Monitor digital trends and audience engagement, provide insights.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone.
  • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Coordinate corporate merchandise and hamper requests.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or branding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong writing, editing, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
  • Good understanding of media operations and social media platforms.
  • Effective project and time management skills.

As a Corporate Communication Officer, you will be part of Agate’s Corporate team, driving how our company is seen by the public, partners, and our community. You will play a role in shaping Agate’s brand story across media, owned channels, and corporate relations initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about communications, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the gaming and creative industry.

Responsibilities

Media Relations & Events

  • Build and maintain positive, mutually beneficial relations with media, government, and other public stakeholders.
  • Manage media engagement: arranging interviews, maintaining the media database, preparing briefs/story pitches, and creating press releases (including media kits).
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage related to company activities, events, and announcements.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, serving as liaison with third-party vendors/partners.

Social Media Management

  • Collaborate with the Creative Production team to produce engaging social media content highlighting Agate’s branding, services, and products.
  • Monitor digital trends and audience engagement, providing reports and insights to evaluate communication effectiveness.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, while adapting to audience expectations.

Corporate Relations

  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that strengthen Agate’s industry presence.
  • Coordinate corporate merchandise and hampers requests by collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, branding, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Good understanding of media operations and social media platforms.
  • Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • High ownership, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
