Description of Role:
As an Accounting Controller, you will lead the design and execution of accounting strategies that align with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. You will oversee financial closing processes, ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and provide actionable insights that drive sound decision-making across the business.
Your role:

You’re the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Your skills include financial reporting, internal controls, accounting strategy, and compliance with IFRS.
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
- You’re a strong communicator and people leader with experience in managing teams and partnering across functions, able to influence decisions and drive change.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
