Active Sourcing Intern (f/m/d)

As an Intern in Recruiting at applike group, you will mainly support the Talent Acquisition team with finding new experts and talents while at the same time constantly improving our hiring process.

What you will do:

• Support our Talent Acquisition Team in identifying new candidates through active sourcing using LinkedIn, Xing, and other tech-related platforms
• Draft In-mail messages and use an individual approach to contact candidates and ensure a good candidate experience
• Pre-select candidates in close collaboration with our TA team and Hiring Managers
• Research and propose new recruiting channels to expand our talent pool
• Assist in maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and current candidate information
• Support our Talent Acquisition Team in scheduling interviews and moving candidates through the recruitment process

Who you are:

• You already live in Germany and you can work on-site in the Hamburg base office in a hybrid model
• You gained your first experience in active search and you are familiar with sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates
• You are familiar with IT industry terminology, technologies, and tools
• You like to take ownership and have a very structured way of working
• You have a can-do attitude and willingness to tackle new challenges head-on
• You are fluent in English
• You are confident in handling the Google suite
