Job Description
This Admin Assistant role in Kaohsiung involves managing engineering purchase requests and orders, including ERF and STR processes. Responsibilities also include handling EM service and tooling purchase requests. The position supports month-end financial closing, cost allocation, and claims, collaborating with accounts payable to resolve payment issues. Additionally, the role requires supporting the integration of systems and processes. Must have:
- EM Engineering PR creating and PO process following, including ERF (Foundry Engineering) and STR (Backend Engineering).
- EM service Purchase request and tooling Purchase request.
- Month end financial closing and cost allocation/claim supporting.
- Collaborate with accounts payable team to resolve any outstanding payment issues at subcontractor.
- Support integration of system and process.
