Admin, Ninja Mart (Sales)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to maintain weekly sales volumes.
• Ensure system data accuracy, including journey plans and stock records.
• Verify accuracy in customer orders and invoices.
• Follow up with clients to obtain missing information and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records.
• Generate and prepare monthly sales performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh grads are welcome to apply as well!
• Diploma or higher qualifications in any discipline.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
