Job Description

Based in Toulouse and reporting to the Administrative and Accounting Manager for the Occitanie agency, you will assist with client collections, caution and lien follow-up, tender preparation, and subcontractor management. You will also handle invoicing and client accounting for the Toulouse refurbishment scope, including risk coverage, administrative file management, and invoice tracking.

Job Description

Based at our TOULOUSE establishment and reporting to the Administrative and Accounting Manager of the OCCITANIE agency, you will assist them in the following missions:

Occitanie Scope:

  • Entry of client payments and collection
  • Follow-up of guarantees and releases
  • Preparation and management of tenders
  • Subcontractor management:
  • Follow-up and update of the administrative file
  • Request for approval + bank guarantee
  • Management of subcontracting contracts (Entry, distribution for signature, and follow-up)
  • Interface subcontractors – Legal Department
  • Accounting for progress payments
  • Follow-up of invoicing

Refurbishment Scope:

  • Invoicing and client accounting for Toulouse Refurbishment:
  • Client risk coverage + bank guarantee
  • Constitution of the administrative file and verification of documents
  • Creation of the contract & site
  • Follow-up and entry of client invoicing and debt collection
  • Various correspondences
  • Analysis of Project Follow-up Files including client solvency control

Qualifications

With a Bac/Bac +2 degree in Management Assistant/SME/SMI, you have successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.

You are proficient in EXCEL and WORD.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your sense of service, and your responsiveness.

Organized, rigorous, you know how to manage your priorities.
