Office-based working model - Novi Sad
Role Description:
As an Administrative Support Intern, you will support the Administration Manager in executing essential tasks that keep our office operating smoothly. This position entails performing reception duties - greeting visitors, handling and directing incoming calls, and managing front-desk operations - while providing essential administrative support with professionalism. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
This is a paid, full-time internship for a fixed term of six months. We are looking for someone who can commit to the entire term with enthusiasm and dedication and who remains open to extending their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all colleagues and visitors - greet guests, issue visitor cards, and maintain the guest book with accuracy
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution to relevant departments
Oversee key issuance and return processes, maintaining strict accountability
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for various functions
Procure and track office supplies to sustain team productivity and daily operations
Assist in planning and executing company events, team-building activities, and office functions
Perform administrative tasks on-site and in the field as needed
Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with legal requirements
Your Profile:
No previous work experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Serbian and English
Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree completed or current enrollment in business administration or a related field as a plus
Note: One of the prerequisites for this position is that the prospective candidate must possess a valid work permit for Serbia.
