Synechron is seeking an experienced Sr. Java Developer to lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications and systems. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality software delivery and innovation within our organization. The successful candidate will contribute to our business objectives by delivering scalable and efficient Java solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Good To Have:

Familiarity with Microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Docker.
Basic UNIX commands.
Basic knowledge of Python/Shell Script.
Experience with secure coding practices.
Experience delivering Java-based solutions for a large enterprise.
Relevant certifications in Java or related technologies.

Must Have:

Extensive knowledge of Core Java, Collections, Multi-threading, Performance Optimization.
Proficiency with Spring Boot and SQL.
Experience with JUnit 5 and Mockito for testing.
Ability to lead a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Experience in developing, maintaining, designing, and implementing scalable Java applications.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve technical issues.
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
At least 7 years of experience in Java development.
Proven experience leading a team of Java developers.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
