We are hiring an IT Senior Recruiter

Hybrid working model – Belgrade Office

Job Description:

As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you will be a vital part of identifying and connecting with top tech professionals. Your experience and network will enable us to stay competitive in the dynamic technology landscape.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive network within the IT industry to identify candidates who can contribute to our growth. Your daily activities will include developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pools through our ATS system, and ensuring a smooth transition from candidate identification to onboarding. You will work within defined administrative frameworks, while continually seeking ways to enhance and automate processes to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative candidate sourcing strategies tailored to IT roles, utilizing your network and market insights
• Conduct cultural fit and soft skills assessments of candidates to ensure alignment with company values and team dynamics
• Organize and oversee technical evaluations, coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive technical evaluation
• Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS systems with accurate data and compliance
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize channels and KPIs
• Identify and implement automation solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and provide market insights

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment with a broad network of contacts
• Deep understanding of IT markets
• Proficiency in managing ATS platforms and automation tools
• Track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment KPIs
• Excellent organizational skills with respect to procedures and compliance standards
• Proactive proposing solutions and implementing innovative approaches
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
