Job Description

Bounteous is seeking an Adobe Target Practitioner to create digital solutions and deliver transformational brand experiences. This role involves planning, configuring, launching, and monitoring A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target, developing testing hypotheses, and leveraging AI-powered personalization. The practitioner will ensure proper implementation and integration with Adobe Analytics and other platforms, troubleshoot issues, analyze test performance, and present actionable recommendations. Responsibilities also include partnering with various teams to identify optimization opportunities and contributing to experimentation roadmaps. A strong understanding of web experimentation methodologies and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are required.
Must have:
  • Plan, configure, launch, and monitor A/B, multivariate, and automated personalization tests in Adobe Target
  • Develop testing hypotheses informed by data, user research, and business objectives
  • Leverage Auto-Target, Recommendations, and AI-powered personalization capabilities
  • Ensure Adobe Target is properly implemented and integrated with Adobe Analytics
  • Work with developers to deploy mbox parameters, profile scripts, and custom code
  • Analyze test performance, statistical significance, and lift
  • Present results and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing, UX, analytics, and development teams
  • Contribute to experimentation roadmaps and personalization strategies
  • Develop and document processes, playbooks, and QA checklists
  • Educate teams on Adobe Target capabilities and experimentation best practices
Good to have:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target
  • Strong understanding of web experimentation methodologies
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, especially Adobe Analytics
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with data layers, tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills

We are looking for an Adobe Target Practitioner to create big-picture digital solutions and deliver transformational brand experiences. This person will work alongside our design, analytics, strategy, and development teams to help support multi-channel campaigns. Information Security Responsibilities

    • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
    • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
    • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
    • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Roles and Responsibilities

    • Leverage Auto-Target, Recommendations, and AI-powered personalization capabilities
    • Ensure Adobe Target is properly implemented and integrated with Adobe Analytics and other platforms
    • Work with developers to deploy mbox parameters, profile scripts, and custom code as needed
    • Troubleshoot issues related to test setup, data capture, and reporting
    • Analyze test performance, statistical significance, and lift using Adobe Analytics and other BI tools
    • Present results and actionable recommendations to stakeholders by identifying critical insights from test performance dashboards
    • Partner with marketing, UX, analytics, and development teams to identify optimization opportunities
    • Contribute to experimentation roadmaps and personalization strategies
    • Develop and document processes, playbooks, and QA checklists
    • Educate teams on Adobe Target capabilities and experimentation best practices

Preferred Qualifications

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Target in a production environment
    • Strong understanding of web experimentation methodologies (A/B, MVT, personalization
    • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, especially Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace)
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for test setup and troubleshooting
    • Experience working with data layers, tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium)
    • Excellent analytical skills; ability to interpret data and derive insights
    • Strong project management and communication skills

$118,000 - $158,000 a year
Individual pay is determined by many factors, including experience, relevant education or training, and organizational needs. The mid-range to maximum of the salary range is generally reserved for individuals who are highly experienced in the role.
