As an Advanced Application Specialist for MR, you will improve the structure of the professional education system and enhance education efficiency. You will also promote sales, Philips branding and manage key accounts through education programs. This involves providing clinical training to clients to help them understand product features and benefits. You will customize the system to the specific requirements of customers, monitor system usage, and participate in the development of new functionality. Furthermore, you'll be part of the application team, where your professional and clinical support will be highly valued and recognized.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Medical Imaging
  • 0-5+ years of experience, especially in MRI
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of competitors’ products and technology

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Improve the structure of professional education system and enhance the efficiency of education. Also, you will promote sales and Philips branding and manage KA through education programs. You need to deliver clinical training to client and help potential customers better understand product features & benefits and service to their particular needs which makes difference among competitors.

You are responsible for

  • Develop and execute an instruction program for the customers, to help customers understand the operation of the system and choice of functions
  • Customize the system to the specific requirements of customers, work closely with project management and account management team in order to maximize the performance for each specific user
  • Take care of implementation of trial installations and cooperate with service, get information for evaluation by the product team
  • Monitor the use of each system by regular contact with the users, solve problems about the operation of the system
  • Takes care of demonstrations and presentations where required, to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment
  • Work closely with the product team to increase and maintain the application knowledge
  •   Participate in the development of new functionality and updated system settings

You are a part of

The application team, a significant role in Diagnosis Imaging System, where your professional and clinical support will be highly valued and recognized. You will report to the Clinical Application Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or above degree in Medical Imaging
  • 0-5 years or above experience, especially in MRI in a hospital or healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of competitors’ products and technology is preferred
  • Good presentation, selling, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
