The Advanced Services Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring customers realize the full value of their purchased products. This involves deploying, optimizing, and performing various value-added activities to bridge the gap between customer needs and the robust capabilities of Varonis's products. The focus is on meeting specific customer requirements and use cases through a combination of remote and on-site engagements, particularly in the realm of security solutions.
Must Have
- Gather and analyze information about a customer’s environment
- Effectively assess and present hardware and software requirements
- Understand customers’ security pain points and deploy product-based solutions
- Advise customers about security best practices
- Manage, track, and report on the progress of your engagements
- Perform remediation projects/engagements with customers
- Prevent or solve customers’ product related problems on clients’ systems remotely and onsite
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Google, AWS, Amazon S3, Salesforce
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Purview
- Excellent interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Outstanding customer services skills
- “Please the customer” mentality
- Sense of humor

By deploying, optimizing, and performing value added activities, the ASE bridges the gap between our customer’s needs and our products’ robust capabilities. Our focus is on meeting our customers’ needs and use cases through both remote and on-site work.

Requirements
