Job Details

Titmouse Vancouver is looking to hire a Retakes Compositor for an upcoming adventure and comedy kid's show starring animals! Think shows like Gravity Falls, Gumball, and Teen Titans Go! Experienced with complex lighting and have examples for 2.5D compositing.

Estimated Project Length: Jan 2024 - April 20, 2024

Weekly Salary Range (CAD): $922.30 - $1350, commensurate with experience and skill level

*If the work for this position is performed within the geographical jurisdiction of the collective bargaining agreement, it will be covered by that agreement.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have strong portfolio samples showcasing 2D character animation compositing in After Effects
Previous experience compositing for shows like The Amazing World of Gumball.
Able to build complex scenes with assets from the background art and animation department.
Skilled at animating 3D cameras, creating a parallax effect, particle FX, and other procedural effects in AE/Harmony.
Able to re-light animation, create rim lights, shadows or light rays.
Good color sensibility, able to color correct scenes in AE/Harmony.
PREFERRED: Experience with scene layout.
PREFERRED: Candidates living in Vancouver or general BC province.
