Your role with us:

As an Affiliate Administrator, the primary function of the role would be to handle all partnership enquiries from affiliates and assist them with all affiliate-related enquiries.

*Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.*

What you will do:

• Respond to all partnership emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve all affiliate-related enquiries and answer all product-related questions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Handle day-to-day email communication and enquiries with partners.
• Ensure the average response time on all partnership emails is not more than 48 hours.
• Keep up-to-date with product information and company policies to accurately assist affiliates

What you will bring:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role or support role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with affiliates and internal teams.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Familiarity with Cryptocurrency and online betting/casino industries
• Previous work experience in sports betting and/or online casinos
• Previous experience working with Slack, G-Suite
