Job Description

Kaizen Gaming, powering Betano, is a major GameTech company operating in 19 markets, aiming to leverage cutting-edge technology for millions of customers. They are looking for an Affiliate Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, specifically in Lagos, Nigeria. The role involves acquiring new partners, optimizing deals, identifying new acquisition channels, executing campaigns, generating business reports, implementing promotional strategies, and monitoring key performance indicators. The Affiliate Manager will also be responsible for account management, providing solutions, and revenue growth strategies, managing the ad-serving and campaign-tracking platform, monetizing partnerships, and managing the affiliate platform CRM and budget allocation. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activity, and affiliate industry news is crucial, as is designing and implementing bonus incentive schemes for affiliates, building and maintaining relationships, and providing training on the ad-serving platform.

Let’s Start with the role

Are you a natural dealmaker who thrives in high-stakes, competitive environments? If resilience, creativity, and relationship-building are your strengths, we want you on our team! As our Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in Betano’s highly successful international expansion, driving growth through strategic partnerships. You’ll join a dynamic team of 16 passionate marketers working to strengthen Kaizen Gaming’s global position in the industry. Your exceptional sales skills will be pivotal in managing and growing our affiliate and publisher network, specifically in Lagos, Nigeria.

As an Affiliate manager, you will:
  • Acquire new partners (negotiations & deal optimization);
  • Identify new channels of acquisition, build business cases and execute campaigns;
  • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business reporting for the market;
  • Implement promotional campaigns and growth Strategies;
  • Monitor performance and report on key business KPIs);
  • Provide proactive account management, offering solutions and revenue growth strategies using copywriting, promotional channels, and creative marketing tactics;
  • Manage our Ad-serving & Campaign-tracking platform;
  • Monetize partnerships with major affiliates and publishers;
  • Manage affiliate platform CRM & budget allocation, including commissions and budget allocation;
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and affiliate industry news;
  • Design and implement bonus incentive schemes for affiliates;
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliates;
  • Provide training and support in regards to the ad-serving platform;
  • Identify ad-hoc activation opportunities and execute growth tactics.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2  years of proven experience in affiliate marketing and iGaming industry;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Expertise and constant adaptation to new practices and innovations in the field of Influence Marketing;
  • Very strong numeracy skills with an advanced understanding of cost control;
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced usage of Excel and Google Sheets as the preferred tool for making data driven decisions;
  • In-depth understanding of commercial models and local markets’ needs;
  • Solid understanding of marketing techniques;
  • Strong analytical skills & ability to work on tight deadlines;
  • Fast learner and effective collaborator within a team;
  • Proactive, driven, and excel in autonomous roles;
  • Excellent understanding of brand awareness and growth strategies.
