AI Designer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring an AI Designer for a hybrid position in Culver City, California, to support the creative team of a leading entertainment company.

In this role, you’ll design and develop engaging assets for digital and social campaigns, branding initiatives, pitch decks, and merchandise concepts. You’ll contribute to motion graphics projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to final execution.

AI Designer Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative assets for digital and social campaigns.
• Create branding materials, pitch decks, and merchandise/retail concepts.
• Contribute to motion graphics projects and ideation sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to bring concepts to life, from early-stage ideas to polished deliverables.

AI Designer Qualifications:

• Mid to senior-level experience in graphic design (junior-level considered for the right fit).
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across motion, branding, digital campaigns, and concept design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Leonardo.AI a plus, not required).
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.
