Viralo is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in machine learning and applied AI. This role involves owning the development of scalable AI systems for personalization, recommendations, and user engagement on their fast-growing microdrama platform. Responsibilities include building, training, and deploying ML models, developing data pipelines, and experimenting with LLMs and generative AI for new features.
Must have:
- Build, train, and deploy ML models for personalization, recommendations, and content intelligence.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and real-time inference systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align AI initiatives.
- 3–5 years of experience in ML/AI engineering with production model deployment.
- Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and data pipelines.
- Experience with recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision.
- Solid foundation in algorithms, databases, and cloud platforms.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, or reinforcement learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, train, and deploy ML models for personalization, recommendations, and content intelligence.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and real-time inference systems.

- Experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and generative AI for new features.
- Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and scalability.
- Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and emerging tools.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in ML/AI engineering with production model deployment.
- Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and data pipelines.
- Experience with recommendation systems, NLP, or computer vision.
