Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead our team of talented AI/ML
developers and data scientists. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with a proven track record of
delivering innovative AI/ML solutions.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML developers and data scientists.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools.
Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.
RAG Framework: Experience in implementing RAG (Red-Amber-Green) based solutions for project tracking and risk
management.
Fine-Tuning: Expertise in fine-tuning AI/ML models to improve performance and accuracy on specific tasks.
NLP Integrations: Experience integrating NLP models into applications and products.
Vector Databases: Familiarity with vector databases and their applications in AI/ML (e.g., semantic search,
recommendation systems).
Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML projects.
Architecture Design: Design and architect scalable and efficient AI/ML systems.
Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.
Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to align AI/ML
initiatives with business goals.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities..
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field.
Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and tools.
Experience with data engineering and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
