We are hiring AI Technical Architects to join our growing Professional Services Global AI Practice. Our organization is passionate about delivering Salesforce's premier AI and data product offerings to ensure customers get the most value from the Salesforce Platform. We help customers accelerate their path to value by demonstrating Salesforce’s innovative AI technology and strategic roadmaps. The AI Technical Architect plays a crucial role in building and deploying solutions that are built for long-term success, easy to maintain, and designed to minimize technical debt.
 

As an AI Technical Architect, you will be serving as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product expert to the company’s largest and most complex enterprise customers. You will guide customers and internal teams in deploying emerging AI technologies that drive increased business value. Within our practice you will be surrounded by the brightest minds in AI and will help shape and contribute to the most innovative AI thinking. You will be helping to develop Generative AI applications which will power both our future and the future success of our customers. 

Core Responsibilities:

• The AI Technical Architect will guide the delivery of Agentforce and other Salesforce AI projects. This includes ensuring the capabilities and limitations of AI products are well understood and effectively communicated to the team and clients.

• The AI Technical Architect will get hands-on and will be writing code daily varying from Apex and LWC to Python and Node.js. We expect our Technical Architects to be multidisciplinary full-stack developers in addition to technical architects with a breadth of experience in the industry.

• The AI Technical Architect brings immense value by ensuring the successful execution of customer pilots, proofs of concept (POCs), and production software. You will act as a strategic advisor and mentor to project teams, aligning AI-powered solutions to the business requirements of enterprise customers and helping them transform their organizations with AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

Salesforce Expertise: Strong background in Salesforce architecture and development, including hands-on experience with architecture across at least one Salesforce cloud. Experience developing Apex and Lightning Web Components. 

Enterprise Architecture and Consulting Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or consulting, with a demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration. Strong application design skills, combined with data, integration, and security architecture expertise.

Customer and Team Leadership: Experience working in customer-facing roles with the ability to effectively manage internal and external customers, translating complex business requirements into actionable development tasks. Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate, mentor, and guide technical teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative subject area. Equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

AI Expertise: Strong background in Salesforce architecture and AI technologies, including hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Generative AI, and Salesforce Experience Cloud. Proven ability to architect AI solutions that bring measurable business value.

Hands-On AI Project Experience: Familiarity with advanced AI concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Fine-Tuning, and Vector Databases. Experience building tools on top of AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude) is a bonus.

Process Improvement: Experience refining team processes, driving efficiency in agile development environments, and optimizing productivity.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $176,800 to $243,100.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $160,700 to $221,000.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $176,800 to $243,100.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
