Job Summary
Job Description
The AI Workflow Lead will be responsible for the AI-assisted development and maintenance of applications leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models for speech recognition, language translation, and text-to-speech. This role involves evaluating and enabling the adoption of AI tools for dialogue dubbing, audio description, closed captioning, and subtitling. The candidate will collaborate with software engineers, technical, and creative teams to integrate AI solutions into production workflows. Key responsibilities include Python coding (with LLM knowledge), understanding of audio/video file formats, API/SDK integrations, and a proactive approach to innovation. Experience with movie production workflows is a significant advantage.
Must have:

- Knowledge of audio/video file formats and related libraries.
- Understanding of API and SDK integrations.
- Ability to innovate and be self-driven.
Good to have:
- Understanding of movies and their production workflows.
- Prior work in dialog dubbing, subtitling, closed-captions and audio descriptions.

Role:

Skill & profile requirements:
- Experience in Python coding, preferably with knowledge of local and cloud-based LLM usage.
- Knowledge of audio and video file formats and FFmpeg, GraphicsMagick, Gstreamer and other similar libraries is an advantage.
- Understanding of API and SDK integrations.
- Must be highly self-driven and able to innovate.
- Understanding of movies and their production workflows will be of significant advantage.
- Prior work in dialog dubbing, subtitling, closed-captions and audio descriptions will be an added advantage.
