Job Description

The Allocation & Capacity Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily assignments for the in-house team and contractor consultants, maintaining capacity reports, and supporting the implementation of new allocation tools developed by the CTO team. Key tasks include assigning staff and contractors to projects based on skills and budget guidelines, generating and distributing weekly bench-time and capacity reports, communicating with contractors regarding schedules, rates, and renewals, and assisting in testing and validating allocation dashboards and tools. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a collaborative attitude.
Must Have:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in project or resource coordination.
  • Strong Excel skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
  • Excellent organisation and communication.
  • A collaborative attitude and basic commercial sense.

The Role:

You will coordinate day-to-day assignments of our in-house team and contractor consultants, maintain capacity reports and support the roll-out of new allocation tools (built by our CTO team).

Key Tasks:

  • Assign staff and contractors to projects per skills and budget guidelines.
  • Produce and circulate weekly bench-time and capacity reports.
  • Liaise with contractors on schedules, rates and renewals.
  • Assist in testing and validating allocation dashboards and tools.
