Job Description

Stepico is a passionate team creating innovative games, valuing open communication and employee development. We are seeking a Trainee/Junior Helpdesk/System Administrator to provide first-level technical support, assist with device setup, maintain IT documentation, monitor system performance, and participate in IT projects, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Good To Have:
  • Previous experience in completing IT courses
  • Previous experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Office 365, or similar productivity tools
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, VMware)
  • Any relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar)
Must Have:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Good communication skills in Ukrainian (and applicable in English)
  • Ability to work on-site in our Lviv office

Requirements

Main responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware and software issues;
  • Assist in setting up and configuring computers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment;
  • Help maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records;
  • Support the IT team in monitoring system performance and network stability;
  • Participate in small projects and sprints, completing tasks under supervision;
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including security protocols.
