Manages the delivery and implementation of services within planned timelines, budget, margins, SLAs, KPIs, OKRs, and quality specifications. Leads and/or supports incident management and business process redesign. Fosters team development through mentoring and training. Collaborates effectively and proactively monitors, analyzes, and troubleshoots issues in Unisys ClearPath environments. Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
Must Have:- Manage the delivery and implementation of services within planned timelines, budget, margins, SLAs, KPIs, OKRs, and quality specifications.
- Lead and/or support the implementation of incident management and business process redesign.
- Proactively monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in Unisys ClearPath environments.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Preferably based in Mexico City (CDMX), Monterrey, or Guadalajara; required to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).
- Fluency in Spanish and a High level of English required.
- Related engineering degree completed.
- Proven experience of at least 6 years on the Unisys ClearPath platform.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Management of work teams.
