Must Have

  • 6-8 years’ relevant experience.
  • Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What success looks like in this role:

Client Base: Federal Government and Global Clients

Unisys is seeking a dynamic and experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Manager to join our Canberra-based team in a permanent full-time role. This role offers an alternative to a contract role as a permanent member of the APAC delivery team and the opportunity to work on high-impact transformation and remediation projects, including those aligned with security, technology and asset refresh projects. You’ll collaborate closely with teams in Canberra, including delivery, project and client teams, as well as a global OCM network of outstanding change practitioners across Unisys. As a key member of various leadership teams, you’ll be instrumental in supporting Unisys to continue inspiring breakthroughs that propel organisations into the future.

About the Role

As a OCM Manager, you will lead and support change initiatives across a diverse portfolio of technology transformation and remediation projects. These include secure enterprise migrations, service desk modernisation, technology and service management transitions and cultural change programs for both internal and external clients.

You will be instrumental in shaping and executing change strategies that enable successful adoption and engagement, ensuring that users and stakeholders are supported through disruption and empowered to thrive in new environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to project and client needs.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
  • Design and deliver communications plans, training programs, and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with client OCM teams and Unisys project teams to ensure alignment and integration.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to account teams and junior change practitioners.
  • Contribute to sales and bid activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Support internal Unisys change initiatives, including cultural transformation and leadership development.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience in Organisational Change Management within government and enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in communications, facilitation, coaching, and training delivery.
  • Certifications such as Prosci, CMAP, MMC, ITILv4, Agile, or Prince2 are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across virtual global teams.
  • Baseline (necessary) or NV1 Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
