Specialist - System Management

This role is for a Financial Applications Support Analyst with 5-6 years of experience, focusing on end-user support for JD Edwards Enterprise One, Circulus, and Concur. Key responsibilities include providing incident and work order support for various financial modules and applications, requiring strong troubleshooting, analysis, and issue resolution skills, along with financial acumen and proficiency in MS Office.

Must Have

• Provide incident and work order support for JD Edwards Enterprise One Circulus and Concur focused on the Agency integration
• Support JDE General Ledger Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets modules
• Support Circulus Accounts Payable cloud application
• Support Concur Travel Expense application
• Strong troubleshooting analysis and issue resolution skills for financial applications
• Handson knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies
• Financial and business acumen including management and analysis processes
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel

Good to Have

• Minimum 5 years of technology project support experience
• Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations
• Experience supporting offshore or remote developmentsupport teams
• Excellent organization verbal and written communication skills
