Your daily life

Joining us in Aix-en-Provence, you will integrate a dynamic site bringing together our digital services activities, enabling us to operate our clients' critical information systems and support them in their secure digital transformation.

Within the Operations Directorate of Thales Services Numériques and as part of the management of our resource policy, we are looking for a Workforce Manager on an apprenticeship contract.

You will participate in the management of workload and resources within a French scope and will join a National Workforce Manager team.

Your missions:

• You will be at the heart of a dynamic environment and participate in creating the link between resources, management, business, and human resources.
• Consolidation of the scope's workload plan and associated weekly reporting, standby monitoring.
• Contribution to standby reduction action plans in conjunction with Workforce Managers.
• Management and updating of key performance indicators.
• Contribution to the overall improvement of Workforce Management processes and tools within Thales Services Numériques.

Some travel is to be expected for this position.

Your profile

Are you pursuing a Bac+4 / Bac+5 level degree in Management and wish to complete your last two years / last year of study as an apprentice?

Do you have excellent interpersonal and writing skills? Do you enjoy working in a team and have a good ability to unite?

Are you curious?

Are you sensitive to business challenges, especially in the IT field, as well as to HR aspects? Then this position is for you!
