About the job

Job Role

Design of automotive interior, overall interiors and components (Instrument panel, HVAC and SRS systems). This includes initial research, ideation and renders.

Create 3D and 2D visualization.

Create part designs with focus on quality and aesthetics.

Work in collaboration with engineering, QA and other concerned teams to design and develop a vehicle interior

Qualifications & Skills Required

Master’s degree (M Des) in Automobile design/industrial design/product design or equivalent

3D form sketching and renders generation skills

Basic knowledge of surfacing and 3D modelling

Knowledge of 3D software's like ALIAS, Rhina and Surfacer would be an added advantage.

Study and benchmark to map future trends in Interior

Mood board and concept generation: based on user research and benchmarking and trend mapping develop the Product design concept, mood boards for different products for automotive interior
