Americas Reseller Operations-Shared Services Analyst

The Shared Services Operations (SSO) team at Apple is seeking a dynamic and motivated SSO Analyst. This role demands an ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, proven analytical capabilities, the ability to influence, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The position involves technical expertise with internal tools, along with expert data visualization and report building. The analyst will also identify and lead process and tool improvement projects within the Reseller Operations (RO) department. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and improve operational efficiency.
