Job Description

Amusement Cashiers are integral to providing exceptional entertainment experiences. They ensure accurate transactions, are experts on venue offerings and special events, and educate guests on maximizing their visit. Responsibilities include upselling game tags, explaining the credit system, operating POS, maintaining a clean and stocked counter, and handling guest inquiries while ensuring adherence to health and safety policies.

  • Some experience with customer service
Must Have:
  • Upselling game tags, explaining to guests how the credit system works and the advantages of purchasing different denominations.
  • Operating the Point-of-Sale systems and procedures associated with that Point of Sale
  • Ensuring your counter and inventory is always well-maintained, cleaned and well stocked, and you’ve learnt the product in the Store.
  • Being a trusted resource for guests, effectively handling and relaying all guest inquiries, questions, and concerns to Management and ensuring guests adhere to the venue and Health and Safety policies and procedures.

What you will do:

Our Amusement Cashiers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. The Amusement Cashier ensures all transactions are entered correctly and is an expert on the venue’s offerings and special events to educate guests on maximizing their visit. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Upselling game tags, explaining to guests how the credit system works and the advantages of purchasing different denominations.
  • Operating the Point-of-Sale systems and procedures associated with that Point of Sale
  • Ensuring your counter and inventory is always well-maintained, cleaned and well stocked, and you’ve learnt the product in the Store.
  • Being a trusted resource for guests, effectively handling and relaying all guest inquiries, questions, and concerns to Management and ensuring guests adhere to the venue and Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

  • For licensed venues, candidates must be the required age of majority or older.
  • You preferably have some experience with customer service.
  • You can complete tasks with attention to detail.
  • You have quick addition and problem-solving skills.
  • You have strong communication skills.
