Job Summary

The Analog Design Engineering team at Silicon Labs is seeking an Analog Design Intern to contribute to chip design, layout, and test functions. This role involves working on low-power designs for IoT chips, participating in the development of highly integrated mixed-signal SoCs for microcontroller markets, and performing lab testing, characterization, and troubleshooting. The team focuses on crafting the analog foundation for various devices, from medical to cutting-edge gadgets.

Must Have

  • Work on low power design for IoT chips in architecture, design and layout
  • Be part of design teams to develop highly integrated mixed signal SoCs
  • Work on lab testing, characterization and troubleshooting
  • Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Electronics Engineering
  • Experience with analog/mixed-signal design/DSP modules
  • Fundamental knowledge of analog/mixed-signal designs (e.g., LDO, BG, ADC, DAC)

Responsibilities

In this role, you will help the analog & mixed signal team in chip design, layout, test functions.

  • Work on low power design for IoT chips in the areas of architecture, design and layout.
  • Be part of the design teams to develop highly integrated mixed signal SoCs for the broad-based microcontroller market segment for IoT solutions.
  • Work on lab testing, characterization and troubleshooting.

Skills You Will Need

Minimum Qualifications:

An undergraduate student or graduate student who major in Electronics Engineering and has done analog/mixed-signal design/DSP modules. For you to understand the tasks and projects better, it's best that you have the fundamental knowledge of analog/mixed-signal designs, e.g. LDO, BG, ADC, DAC.
