As an H&M Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing an excellent customer experience. You will greet customers, guide them through the store, help them find necessary products, and effectively introduce our products. You will also contribute to your growth and the company's success by embodying our values.

Responsibilities:

  • Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make better choices.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customers experience the best service in the store.
  • Manage the store and logistics space to always maintain a tidy and pleasant state.
  • Support store opening and closing duties.
  • Positively represent yourself and the brand in all customer interactions.

The store is the heart of the company, where customers directly experience our brand. As a member of a dynamic store team, all roles such as Sales Advisor, Department Manager, Store Manager, and Visual Merchandiser collaborate to create an inspiring and welcoming environment for customers. Furthermore, you will also connect with the Area Team, sharing insights and driving success through inter-store collaboration.

Together with the team, you will play an important role in helping customers express themselves and gain confidence through the latest trends and timeless styles. By forming meaningful relationships with customers in the store, we contribute to making fashion easily enjoyable for more people and providing it in a sustainable way.
