The APAC OTC Business Acceleration Manager will drive OTC growth acceleration across APAC BUs, drive Innovation acceleration, partner cross-functionally with category, R&D, APAC Region & BUs in landing innovation with scale and focus on mid/long term innovation pipeline, and execute global brand strategies and priorities on power brands. They will report to the APAC OTC Acceleration Lead.
Must have:
  • 8-10+ years experience in sales & marketing in large business/markets.
  • Experience in Regional/Global roles in a matrix structure.
  • Experience in OTC or regulatory constrained Consumer Healthcare businesses.
  • Bold in moving things forward: Obsessed with beating the competition.
  • Bring the outside in: Understanding of consumers and customers.
  • Take accountability for delivering results.
Good to have:
  • Prior experience in Innovation design and delivery roles.
  • APAC language skills, especially Mandarin

Similar Roles – BU specific Innovation Roles G6, Category Innovation Senior Managers G6

Size of Business – can be requested from hiring manager during interview process

Stakeholders – VPs Strategy/BU AMDs/CBIA/R&D/Supply/Strategy/Category

Complexity – BUs, complex supply chain (multiple sourcing sites), CMO partnerships, Multiple categories Pain & Respiratory

Responsibilities:

  • Drive OTC growth acceleration across APAC BUs
  • Drive Innovation acceleration and help drive global innovation pipeline to be fit for purpose in APAC
  • Partner cross-functionally with category, R&D, APAC Region & BUs in landing innovation with scale and focus on mid/long term innovation pipeline
  • Partner with APAC OTC Business Acceleration Lead and APAC Innovation Lead in executing global brand strategies and priorities on power brands

Key Interdependencies

  • Directly Report into APAC, OTC Acceleration Lead, Nyon
  • Dotted line reporting into APAC Innovation Lead, Singapore
  • Strong partnership with respective global OTC team, BUs OTC Category teams and APAC multi-functional team

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years+ experience in sales & marketing across large business/markets.
  • Experience in Regional/Global roles in a matrix structure
  • Experience in OTC or regulatory constrained Consumer Healthcare businesses
  • Ideally prior experience in Innovation design and delivery roles
