Apple is seeking an extraordinary Social Media Lead for Apple TV+'s Female Forward Series. This role requires a leader deeply connected to internet culture, entertainment, and brands, capable of sparking thoughtful discussions and demonstrating ROI. The successful candidate will manage social goals, plans, and creative within a cross-functional team, driving innovative campaign strategies, launching marketing assets, and leveraging analytics. Responsibilities include ensuring brand consistency, mentoring, monitoring competitors, and collaborating with international and central marketing teams to align with company best practices.
Must have:

  • Responsible for female-forward series campaign strategies including target audience, social creative, and distribution.
  • Drive innovation in social media and strive for creative excellence across all titles and assets.
  • Launch key marketing assets across social platforms.
  • Use internal and external social analytics to inform strategy and iterate on creativity and innovation.
  • Manage the full suite of content to support a title across the planned social ecosystem for the campaign duration.
  • Manage social campaign and creative strategy with internal and external partners and agencies.
  • Develop and report against key initiatives and success metrics to drive the business.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing, messaging, and creative.
  • Provide training and mentorship to individual lines of business.
  • Monitor competitor activity and ensure brand safety.
  • Work with marketing teams to educate and integrate social media with all marketing efforts.
  • Develop content marketing and distribution strategies with key partners.
  • Lead communication with international marketing leads on social marketing strategy.

Your role will consist of managing social goals, plans and creative in a cross-functional title team. The Social Media Lead is responsible for female forward series campaign strategies inclusive of: target audience, social creative and owned/earned distribution with paid opportunities You'll drive innovation in social and strive for creative excellence across all titles and assets. Be responsible for launching key marketing assets across social. Use internal and external social analytics to inform strategy and iterate on creativity and innovation. You'll be responsible for the full suite of content to support a title across the totality of the planned social ecosystem for the duration of a campaign. Manage the social campaign and creative strategy across internal and external creative partners and agencies The Social Media Lead will develop and report against key initiatives and success metrics in order to drive the business. Ensuring brand consistency in marketing, messaging, and creative by working with the various internal and external partners. You'll provide training and mentorship to individual lines of business. Monitor competitor activity and ensure brand safety. You'll work with marketing teams across the business to educate and integrate social media with all marketing efforts. Develope content marketing and distribution strategies with key partners. This position will lead communication with international marketing leads on social marketing strategy. You will work with the central Apple Marketing and Communications teams to ensure alignment with company-wide best practices and policies.

  • 7-10 years working on broad, multi-platform marketing campaigns and delivering world-class campaigns with big impact (reach and engagement)
  • Experience within a social media and campaign management, publishing, writing and content creation required (brand or agency)
  • Proven experience working within the Entertainment industry and/or highly consumer-centric brands with success in the social space
  • Deep experience in Social Media best practices. You know what works across various social platforms and experience in multi-channel distribution efforts
  • Excellent communicator, strategist and creative
  • Highly driven self-starter who is proactive, has a good sense of prioritization and ability to move large amounts of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pioneering spirit and highly collaborative - loves working with others and isn’t afraid to lead or follow or to take smart risks and judgement calls to push high impact work forward
  • Experience working directly with talent and creators and is skilled in pitching and presenting and reading the room
