As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will be responsible for L2 Network Support and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO27001, and BS25999. The role requires flexibility to work shifts and a strong understanding of network architecture to deliver results within timelines. You will also handle front-end internal, external, and client audits, working towards resolving findings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of firewalls (Juniper SRX or Palo Alto), switching and routing, and additional skills in cloud technology, scripting, and wireless technology.
