In this role, you will drive creative vision from concept through completion, ensuring all deliverables are strategic, visually compelling, and on-brief. Partnering closely with the Associate Creative Director or Creative Director, you will translate client objectives into powerful ideas and elevate messaging through design, storytelling, and experiential communication.
Must have:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers by providing clear creative direction, coaching, and feedback.
  • Oversee and manage design processes, workflows, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
  • Estimate and track creative hours for each project, ensuring profitability and accurate timesheet reporting.
  • Brainstorm, storyboard, and design creative solutions including layouts and motion design based on client briefs.
  • Pitch and present ideas to clients with confidence and clarity, both in writing and in person.
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 5 years in motion design and 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing art direction, original concept development, and executional expertise across digital and motion platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver innovative digital communication concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas.
