As an Art Director, you will be responsible for the artistic vision and graphic consistency of games developed at Playrion. You will work closely with production and marketing teams, lead the art team, and collaborate with other departments to align creative visions. You will also monitor market trends. The company is looking for a creative individual with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The role involves managing the art team, ensuring technical feasibility, and contributing to visual communication with the marketing team. The candidate needs to define and implement an artistic direction and monitor competition.

Must Have:
  • Mastery of graphic creation tools (Photoshop, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of 3D (Blender or other) and Unity.
  • Experience in management.

  • Leadership and excellent interpersonal skills with teams.
  • Ability to make decisions and defend an artistic vision.
  • Organization, thoroughness, and priority management.
  • Ability to easily understand and speak French.

As part of the production and communication of its successful games, Playrion is looking for a creative profile for the position of Art Director.

As Art Director, you will be responsible for the artistic vision and graphic consistency of the games developed at Playrion. You will work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure an appealing artistic direction suited to the mobile market.

Your mission:

  • Define and implement an artistic direction: develop an effective and coherent art direction aligned with the game’s vision and target audience, communicate and document it to ensure the consistency and quality of graphic elements.
  • Lead the art team: supervise the team of artists (2D, 3D, UX/UI and tech), organize their work across multiple projects, and support each team member’s skills development.
  • Be part of the core team and collaborate with other departments: work alongside other managers to align creative and marketing visions with that of Playrion; participate in artistic decision-making with game designers, ensure technical feasibility with developers, and collaborate on visual communication with the marketing team.
  • Competitive monitoring: keep up with market and competitor trends. Propose new solutions adapted to needs.

Profile:
