We are looking for a creative that loves creating relatable content on TikTok, IG, X and more, aka a budding content creator. You are excited to make content that ranges from edutainment to memes. Our team even makes mini art projects and crafts for some of our posts. Windows 11 burn away cake? Yeah, we made one. You know how to use a mix of applications like Capcut and Photoshop. Other programs like After Effects, and Premiere is a bonus. You spot trends before they’re even trends.

Required Skills

• Strong conceptual abilities, solid art direction skills and a knowledge of the social and digital landscape
• Talent to inspire clients and team members with great visual design
• Desire to take on new challenges, grow and learn every day
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient knowledge of a mix of applications including Capcut and Photoshop
  
  

Required Experience

• A bachelor’s degree, design and advertising emphasis preferred
• Three-plus years of experience in an agency setting
  
  

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
